Responding to Recent Executive Orders

This 90-minute session led by Brett Egan, President, DeVos Institute of Arts and Nonprofit Management, and Emily Sexton, Founder of Sexton Law PLLC and former President and Chief Legal Officer of America250, will provide participants with tools to respond to the uncertainty unleashed by recent Executive Orders (“EOs”), including 14151, 14168, and 14173, and correlating changes within the National Endowment for the Arts’ grant programs and guidelines.
